Man Power Cross Security & Contractors UK LTD which is wholly indigenous and involved in the business of private guards services, Security upgrading, training/consultancy services and provision of security services in all its ramifications, including the business of supplying security equipment and gadgets to organizations and
individuals, is committed to the delivery of efficient, responsive and cost effective security services through the use of modern technology. We place high premium of modern equipment and devices aimed at providing a fully integrated security services.

Apart from these, the company is also involved in the following:-Recruitment of Ex-military personnel, paramilitary persons and Ex-servicemen as a basis for ensuring a disciplined and dedicated workforce.
The above notwithstanding, Man Power Cross Security & Contractors UK LTD is an intellectual private security network with diverse interest in intellectual security matters such as seminars, workshops and other aspects of security training. Every guard must pass the aptitude test thereafter training exercise begins. There is a refresher training exercise organized by Man Power Cross Security & Contractors UK LTD every six (6)
months. This could be done abroad if need be, but by all means all avenues for training at home must be fully exploited. It is rather paramilitary in line with the Internal Affairs Ministries private security outfit monitored by Nigerian Security and Civil Defense Organization and is designed not to conflict with the existing
Armed Forces Policy and other paramilitary forces; rather training to conform with the purpose of the Private Guard Decree. Promotion of staff is based on performance, conduct and merit. The
determination of promotion is the sole prerogative of the management. Our training program is provided to help employees acquire better skills and qualifications, which will in turn continuously enhance their performance on the job.
